Ashley Brandom - Our Head Chef

At the age of 3 Ashley and his family Left his home town of Cairns Qld and moved to england. This is where he studied Culinary and developed his passion for food. 6 years ago he moved to South australia and discovered his second passion, Wine! After working with various prestigious restaurants in SA, he joined The Melting Pot restaurant. Ashley took the position as Head Chef when the Melting Pot evolved into The Pot Food & Wine in November 2008.
